Technique Share & Stampin' Up! Promotions


Today's card comes from Becky Pressgrove and her technique share was Distress Spotlighting.

Spotlighting technique is just what it says, it puts a "spot light" on a certain section of your image on your card. In this card by Becky, she distressed the image and highlighted the section with the flower in the bottom right corner.

  1. Stamp your image onto card stock.
  2. Stamp the image you'd like to spot light onto a smaller piece of card stock and punch out. (In Becky's card, she tore the edges--hence distressed.)
  3. Finish card as desired.
