Ronald McDonald House Valentine's Day Project

Here's a sample of what I made for the kids at the Ronald McDonald House as a Valentine's Day treat. The Ronald McDonald House is a charity that I'm involved with and feel so lucky that I can be a part of something so great! I get to do what I love and share it with others and its making a difference! I would love for others to get involved so email me if you'd like to help on the next project.

This was so much fun to make! I was really happy with the way it turned out. Its an easy project but it takes time (the stitching that is). But if you did this with paper, you could "faux" stitch onto the scallop circles and voila! This project was completed using my favorite die cutting machine--the Big Shot (by Sizzix and sold now through Stampin' Up!) and the exclusive Pennant Die from Stampin' Up!, large scallop circle, and serif alphabet dies. Think of the endless possibilities you could make with all these wonderful materials! Fun, fun, fun!  Enjoy!

Ronald McDonald House Christmas Project

Sorry, its been a crazy whirlwind around here. I've got all these photos and haven't updated.  But I have finally gotten around to updating this blog. Here is the party favor that I made for our RMH Christmas party. I got this idea from Patty Bennett but instead of using small paper bags, I made a box to make it a little bit more sturdy. I used the Big Shot (my favorite die cutting machine) and the top note die. I punched the handles out using the oval punch. As usual, all stamps and supplies were from Stampin' Up!
