Mirror Mondays-Cute as a Button

Today's inspiration comes from the Idea Book and Catalog. When I first saw this Button Buddies stamp set, I knew I had to have it in my collection. It is perfect for all occasions. In honor of our countdown til Christmas, I made a series of these to use as tags.

I made them mostly with buttons because they are just so cute. But I also made some without to show you how cute it is on its own.

Using the 25 & Counting stamp set, we made candy treats to hang on this tree. (Extra treats on some days to share.)

Wicked Cool Royal Blog Tour

Welcome all ye travelers! Welcome to my humble abode: Stamp Ink Diva! Halloween has passed but the fun projects have not. May I entice you to use this Wicked Cool Stamp Set (118738-(W) wood mount/120600-(C) clear mount ) for next year's creations and maybe even convince you to use it for the upcoming holidays?
(When I first signed up to do this tour, all I could think of was Halloween and forgot that the tour would be after that! Reminder for next year...look at the dates before I sign up! LOL)

So, I decided to share some ideas that could be used for Halloween and for other holidays.

Let's begin with this:

Some of my favorite things include cupcakes, ribbon, and buttons. So naturally, this project was a delight to make. This entails using our gorgeous ribbon as the icing and our Wicked Cool Stamp set as our cherry on top! Here's a closer look at the button spider:

What's more wicked than a cupcakeful of chocolate kisses inside?

For my next project, I wanted to share some other uses for this Wicked Cool set.

Isn't it cute? I used the Playful Pieces Set to make this present and changed up the colors to make this witch into an elf!

And then, what do you think of this:

Now the witch is dressed like "mrs. claus" and bearing this sign:

I'd love to hear what you thought of my projects. Please leave me a comment and your email address to be entered into my blog candy drawing. (If you don't feel comfortable leaving your email address in the comment section, please feel free to contact me.) Also, my apologies to my fellow demonstrators but this blog candy is only for NON-demonstrators and US Residents only.

What is this blog candy?

Wish Big Tag

Sometimes, cards aren't necessary! A simple tag can take center stage. Like this one:

I love how easy and quick this tag was to make! Using the Word Play Stamp Set (120308-W/120651-C).
  1. Using the Big Shot and Two Tags Die, cut out the folding tag with Garden Green Card Stock.
  2. Color the greeting with Stampin' Write Markers of your choice and stamp onto Whisper White Card Stock. I used Baja Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Daffodil Delight, Garden Green, and Real Red Stampin' Write Markers.
  3. Punch the greeting out with the Decorative Label Punch.
  4. Attach the Whisper White label to the tag with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Now the inside:

We personalized the tag by stamping each child using All in the Family Stamp Set, Family Accessories, and Family Accessories Too.

And now, I've captured my children's writing forever!

Hope you enjoyed this project and remember to keep checking every day for the Royal Blog Tour Jester Clues and take a ride starting this Friday for a wonderful voyage on the Royal Blog Tour.

Whoo's the Cutest of them OWL?

This owl of course!

This is the other make and take we made at the "Sweet Tweet" workshop. It involves the Big Shot and the wonderful Two Tags Bigz Die.
As you can see, the blue line across the wide tag is a score mark. So that it folds up and tucks underneath that top slit. But instead, we folded the top and adhered Whisper White card stock to the front. (I confess that I didn't come up with this idea but I can't remember who did. Sorry. If the original person passes by this site or you know, please let me know.)  I just love the Poppy Parade In Color. It does just that ... pop! And "whoo" doesn't love this owl. Its a wonderful punch!
