Welcome to Stamp Ink Diva. You are in for a wonderful tour of marvelous projects from a variety of Stampin' Up! demonstrators, your princesses. The set that I have chosen to spotlight is "On a Pedestal" (113814--$19.95). I just fell in love with this set the moment I saw it. One of the most commonly made and most needed cards are for birthdays. This set is PERFECT for that purpose. But it can easily be transformed for other occassions, which makes it a great set to own! I chose to concentrate on a birthday theme this time. For more details on the following cards, please remember to book mark this site and come back after the blog tour has ended. Or better yet, subscribe to my blog for updates on new projects and specials. And there's a surprise for you at the end of this post so be sure to scroll all the way down!
Card Project #1
{Project Details}
Stamp: On a Pedestal (113814) and Teeny Tiny Wishes (115370)
Ink: Certain Celery Classic Ink Pad; Cameo Coral & Chocolate Chip Stampin' Markers
Paper: Dusty Durango, Whisper White, Cameo Coral, and Chocolate Chip card stock.
Accessories: Pretties Kit; Paper-Piercing Tool; Mat Pack; Trio Flower, 3/16" Corner Rounder, Scallop Oval and 1/2" Circle Punches; 1/4" Certain Celery Grosgrain Ribbon.
Card Project #2
I love the new In Colors and one of my favorites is Crushed Curry. I love the contrast of it with the Real Red Ribbon (which is also reversible to a polka dot pattern), and the retro print of the Chocolate Chip Patterns Designer Series Paper. I also love how a simple rounded corner adds the extra touch on the focal point.

Stamp: On a Pedestal (113814) and Cheap Talk (113204)
Ink: Chocolate Chip classic ink pad; Crushed Curry, Real Red, Dusty Durango, and Old Olive Stampin' Markers

For the 3x3 Note cards, these are perfect to just slip into a gift bag. Its also a nice touch to add a little element to your matching envelope, whether it be a strip of designer paper like I did here or stamping an image that coordinates with the card.
